The truth about the job

This Isn't a
Soft Gig.

Early mornings. Long days. Extreme weather. This is oilfield crude hauling.

You'll haul crude oil from the wellhead to pipeline terminals, refineries, and midstream facilities — running late-model tractors and tankers we actually maintain, alongside dispatchers who know the basin inside out.

If you want a comfortable highway cruise, this isn't it. But if you have the work ethic, we have the loads, the dispatch, and the iron to keep you earning at the top of this industry.

Drivers are our assets, not a cost center. Our field managers came up behind the wheel. No ivory tower here. — Operations Manager, Permian Basin

Driver Q&A

I've never hauled crude before. Can I apply?

Yes. CDL-A with 2+ years verifiable Class-A driving, plus hazmat and tanker endorsements, and we train you on the crude hauling side. We prefer drivers willing to learn and follow our site safety procedures.

What will I actually earn?

Drivers average $110,000+ per year ($2,200–$2,800/wk gross). Earnings depend on your basin, location, and schedule. We don't hide the numbers — your recruiter covers the most recent pay averages for each location on your first call.

What are the home time schedules like?

Depends on the terminal. Some runs are home-daily; others are hitch-based (e.g., 2 weeks on / 1 week off). Specific routes and schedules are covered with your manager during the interview call.

How does the housing benefit work?

Optional employee housing at multiple basins and terminals. A major advantage if you're relocating or running a hitch. Discuss options during your recruiter interview.

How long does the application take?

10 minutes or less. Once you submit, a recruiter will call and personally walk you through your application to help with any questions or issues.

Do you hire owner-operators or company drivers only?

Both. We run a healthy mix of company drivers and experienced owner-operators. Owner-operator details are covered during your recruiter call.
